Project description
We analysed and improved the educational portal of the Telefónica Foundation. This is a web of a great size (over 100,000 pages). The work required:
- Optimizing the positioning.
- Enhancing download and update time.
- Increasing traffic and attracting new users.
- Encouraging the use of the search form.
To achieve the objectives, we proposed:
- SEO Strategy with semantic tagging of contents.
- Contents directory in the home page.
- Highlighting the search form.
- A footnote to ameliorate navigation.
- A content system rotation (deep linking) at home page to improve rotation and promote the different sections.
