Project description

Almost all our applications have tools for workflow management of its processes. These tools inform system administrators, automatically and on time, of any changes. Along with the Maxwell Institute for Mathematics, formed by the departments of mathematics of Edinburgh and Heriot-Watt University, we have developed a manager of admissions to its curriculum of studies. This online application:

  • Informs the metausers of the website of applications concerning their specialties.
  • Automates shipments of academic references to teachers.
  • Informs students about the status of their application.
  • Manages a mailing list for users.
